I am a hair care junkie! I have extremely long hair that I cut and colour myself but it is quite damaged towards the ends of my hair from the amount of heat styling I do it on it almost daily. This range sounded like something my hair was in need of so I couldn't wait to start putting it to the test.
A few months ago, I tried a different range from Wella that I really loved so I was excited to try out the Fusion range. This is a brand new hair care line from the brand that features by far the prettiest packaging I have ever seen on hair care products. It has gorgeous rose gold accents which are too pretty to be kept in a drawer, I have my products out on display in my bathroom. This range consists of four products, three that are available to purchase from any Wella stockist and another that is only available in salons.
Wella Professionals Fusion Line is their first intensive hair recovery and repair range for overworked hair. Each of the products features their new Silksteel Fusion Program that was amino acids to penetrate hair down to the cortex. Deep within the hair, it will refill worn hair fibre to optimum condition to leave your hair up to 95% more resilient to breakage. It will also help the hair cuticles to stay protected and sealed against free radical and mechanical damage while the instant conditioners leave it primed to protection ready for styling.
The three products I have been using are the Fusion Intense Repair Shampoo, Fusion Intense Repair Conditioner as well as the Fusion Intense Repair Mask. Each of the products is under £16 each, Look Fantastic do stock this range and they are slightly cheaper on here! Not only do these products to amazing things for my hair, they also smell incredible. These products have a floriental wood scent and features two of my favourite notes of Cedarwood and Sandalwood.
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner every morning as I wash my hair daily and I love the results I achieve when I use these. Both of them leave my hair feeling stronger and healthier while looking glossy and not at all damaged towards the ends of my hair. I do like to leave the conditioner on for a few minutes to lock in extra hydration. I always find that my hair is so much easier to brush after using these and styling my hair needs a lot less effort. The shampoo can be a little heavy on my hair if I use too much so I make sure to use around half of the amount that I usually would with any other shampoo. The conditioner leaves my mids to ends feeling lighter than usual, a massive bonus when you have as long hair as I do!
The Fusion Intense Repair Mask is rich in hydrating properties and I have been using it once a week whenever my hair needs a nourishing boost. This is to be applied to damp hair and left on for five minutes, I usually like to leave it on for a little longer. This is incredibly hydrating on my hair but it doesn't leave it feeling heavy after each use. My hair feels even stronger, especially at the ends of my hair where the damage is the worst. One of my hair results from this mask is how smooth my hair looks afterwards, it is usually a frizzy mess!
